It’s official and sealed with a virtual high five – tmc is now member of the Austrian Rail Industry Association (ARI). Why are we joining the ARI? Angela Berger, ARI’s Managing Director and Jochen Nowotny, CEO at tmc agree “we’re a match”.
Jochen explains that “we’re part of bringing the railway system into the digital age, thereby strengthening it as reliable and sustainable transport mode”. tmc solutions make track maintenance safer and more efficient. Products include digital systems for track surveying, digital assistance systems for track machines and digital systems for track and fleet monitoring. “As digital railway aficionad@s we’re bringing new and valuable pieces to the railway system and as an Austrian railway industry supplier joining ARI is a must” concludes Jochen.
Angela welcomes tmc as the association’s newest member and adds: “With companies such as tmc we are opening up to a younger generation of businesses. This is an important step in securing the future success of the railway system. It also supports our industry’s striving to remain an attractive employer, especially for young talent.” Beyond that, ARI is the representative body of the Austrian rail supply industry nationally and on an international level through its UNIFE membership. tmc contributes to and benefits from these activities on both levels.
