- Respond to and resolve customer issues related to software, hardware or tmc’s systems
- Manages the opening and tracking of issues, taking ownership to ensure resolution and enhance end-user satisfaction, while monitoring the progress of technical support specialists handling assigned tickets.
- Works with Level 2 and other escalation points to resolve technical issues.
- Precisely categorizes and documents inquiry details within a web-based ticketing system.
- Efficiently prioritizes and manages time to meet or exceed minimum service level requirements.
